Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and sponsored athlete. Ariel Khadr began her fitness show career at age 16 when she quit the sport of gymnastics. Ariel Khadr began her fitness show career at the age of 16, after she quit the sport of gymnastics. In the span of a year, she earned her pro card when she was 17. She was one of the most youthful IFBB Pro ever. Ariel took six year off from stage life after obtaining Pro-Card to finish her studies at college. The year 2015 saw her continue her journey from the previous year, competing in major competitions like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest lasted for several years after her first appearance and set herself new goals every year. In 2009, four more fitness titles have been added to her portfolio. In 2009 she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals winner, making her the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in the history of fitness. Ariel took 6 years to finish her education when she earned the Pro Card. The first IFBB Fitness Pro debut occurred at the Phoenix Europa Games, in November of 2015. She came in third at the event. In the summer of 2016 she was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and as a result - qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. In three months she appeared on the stage at the Olympia in which she won 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel admitted that she did not have any expectation prior to that and was satisfied with the results. It's not surprising that she was able to place so high, in light of the contest. Ariel continues to impress bringing the best version of her body every year. Ariel likes working out her back. The workouts she does for strengthening her back are bent-over rows on the machine with single arm lat pull downs. The first step is warming up before going into working sets. Ariel gets the most out of her limited time. Her back exercise routine consists of three or more supersets, each comprised of between 10 and 12 reps.
